How we work

Most coaching stops at the neck.

You are not having a thoughts problem. You are sleeping badly, eating at your desk, and running a body that has been braced for two years. No amount of mindset work fixes that — and almost every coach you talk to will try anyway, because the body is outside what they’re trained to touch.

01

You are not broken, and I’m not here to fix you.

The premise I was trained on — and the one I’ve found to be true — is that you are already creative, resourceful, and whole. The answers are in you. They’ve been buried under twenty years of other people’s expectations, and my job is to ask until you can hear yourself again. I will not hand you a framework. I will not tell you what to do. I’ll ask, and I won’t move on when it gets uncomfortable.

02

We work the whole person, not just the thinking one.

How you sleep. How you eat. What your body does at three o’clock on a Thursday. Whether you have moved in a week. Most coaching treats this as out of scope — someone else’s department, or a lifestyle question beneath the real work. It is the fastest lever there is, and I’m trained to work it. That’s the whole reason I built a studio as well as a practice.

03

We name what’s been running you.

The inner critic. The pleaser. The one always three steps ahead, planning for a disaster that never arrives. The Positive Intelligence® Saboteur assessment gives each of them a name — that’s a tool, not the method. Naming them is the beginning. Unhooking from them is the work.

This isn’t a program with a completion date. It’s a practice, and it holds for exactly as long as you keep doing it. Do the work, and you’ll feel the change.

This is for you if

Any of this lands.

  • Your life looks right on paper and doesn’t feel like yours.
  • You’ve spent so long managing everyone else that you’ve lost the thread of you.
  • The inner critic is loud, and self-doubt keeps you small.
  • You’re at a crossroads and you want to meet it as yourself.
Coaching

One method. Three cadences.

Every tier is whole-person coaching — mind and body, because that is the work, not an upgrade. What changes is how often we meet, and how far the support reaches into your week.
